Our family stayed at this house for almost 3 weeks in July. The location is within a private park with only 2 other houses on the other side of the small valley. The house has a large swimming pool with excellent views. The rocky beach is accessible in 3 mins via a footpath. There are two bedrooms upstairs with their own terrace and two downstairs close to the pool. The house is a couple of decades old, but has good amenities and a lot of character. One can see that the owner family uses it regularly and it is not just for renting out. Lorenzo, the owner, was very responsive throughout and he organized everything perfectly. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Lorenzo Rusconi und seine Familie haben ein traumhaftes Anwesen an der toskanischen Küste. Das Haus in dem wir wohnten (zugegeben nicht billig) ist seinen Preis wert. Lorenzo hat uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben – immer für uns in sehr guten Restaurants einen Tisch reserviert - und war auch sonst immer für uns da. Das Haus und die Lage ist ein Traum. Einzige Wermutstropfen, man hört die Straße, die zum Hafen von Punta Ala führt und (zumindest im September) ist die Sonne um 18 Uhr schon weg. Fabio der Verwalter hat sich um Haus und Garten immer gut gekümmert. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
